MARGARET DANIEL

Margaret Daniel, soprano, is Associate Professor of Voice and chair of
the vocal division in the School of Music at the University of Southwestern
Louisiana. For more than twenty years her career has been a successful
combination of teaching, singing, research and adjudication.
She earned her baccalaureate degree from the University of Wisconsin,
Eau Claire and the Master of Music from the University of Wisconsin, Madison
with additional graduate study at Boston University. She has performed
numerous leading soprano operatic and oratorio roles. Her former students
are successful music educators and professional and avocational singers.
Her biography is listed in the Marquis Who's Who in America, Outstanding
Young Women of America and The World Who's Who of Women.
