DR. MARY REICHLING
Dr. Mary Reichling is Associate Professor of Music and Coordinator for
Music Education at the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette.
She received her Masters and Doctorate from Indiana University.
Dr. Reichling teaches courses in music methods at both the undergraduate
and graduate levels, other classes in music education, supervises student
teachers, and directs students in their research projects.
She also serves as National Chair of the Philosophy Research Group of
the Music Educators National Conference (MENC) and is on the editorial
board of the journal Philosophy of Music Education Review. Prof. Reichling
has given papers at many conferences and is published in several scholarly
journals.
