Wellness Wednesday's continued through the spring semester

The College of the Arts Wellness Wednesdays initiative was continued through the Spring '24 semester and was offered at 8am and 1pm on Wednesdays for students, staff, and faculty who chose to attend different presented wellness topics. Amy Taylor, College of the Arts Strategic Initiatives Coordinator presented varying topics including Semester Success Planning, Tools for Anxiety, Procrastination, and the Science of Relationships. We also had guest speakers speak to students on topics like Building Resilience and Mental Health, Neurodivergence, and lead a Yin Yoga session!
