Heginbotham Dance Company teaches Masterclass

NEW YORK BASED DANCE COMPANY Dance Heginbotham visits PFAR-Dance Classes. Dance Heginbotham's founder and director, John Heginbotham, recently taught a modern master class to PFAR-Dance majors and minors. The master class was made possible through the generosity of the Acadiana Center for the Arts' outreach program. 

A unique feature of this class included teaching the majors and minors a piece of the company's repertory, which was performed by the company the following night. This opportunity afforded the students a chance to become familiar with the choreography and once observing as an audience member connect to the dance pieces on a deeper level.
