The following week, as the situation worsened, the UL Horn Studio waited to hear if our Senior’s recital could go forward. We were disappointed to learn that only her collaborative pianist and her professor coaches could be in attendance. Following the success of the horn choir livestream, Dr. Roche-Wallace reached out to her music colleagues across the country, many of whom were scrambling to find online content. The livestream of Andrea Rivera’s Senior Recital was watched live by 742 people, and through sharing and replaying, 1,388 people worldwide have seen it (and counting!)
