The UL Lafayette Horn Studio and Livestreaming

On the evening of March 12, Dr. Catherine Roche-Wallace got an email she never expected; the Mid-South Horn Workshop, a regional event of the International Horn Society, was cancelled amid concerns over the spreading pandemic. After scrambling to cancel hotel rooms, she contacted her students, and called off the trip. Soon, her social media was flooded with disappointed professors and students, and an idea; those college horn choirs who lost out would LIVESTREAM their planned performances and share with the convention-goers. UL Lafayette presented first, at 10 am the next day, followed by five other college horn choirs from across the country
