On Friday, October 23rd, the College celebrated our eleventh annual Beaux Arts Ball as a small gathering at the A Hayes Town House across from the Hilliard University Art Museum. Out of concern for health and safety, we made the difficult decision to forgo our usual celebration and pivoted to a Virtual Beaux Arts Ball Week. Leading up to the end of our online auction, the College of the Arts shared several behind the scenes videos and virtual performances via our Facebook page, along with a special message from the Dean and the SPARK award announcements.

This year the College of the Arts will be honoring James Garland as our SPARK Lifetime Achievement Award Honoree for 2020-21. Additionally, the College has also begun to award two additional SPARK awards this year. Shelia Beasley will be awarded the SPARK Lifetime Faculty and Staff Award and Lauren Duffy will be awarded the SPARK Young Alumni Award (VIAR).
