New York Jazz Pianist, Chuck Lamb Visits School of Music

New York based jazz pianist, Chuck Lamb visited the School of Music on November 14th and 15th. Mr. Lamb is the pianist with the nationally and internationally renowned Brubeck Brothers Quartet and is an in-demand jazz musician. He performed with the ULL jazz faculty on Monday, November 14 for the first of three nights of jazz culminating the fall semester of the jazz faculty's work with the student jazz combos. Lamb also worked on jazz improvisation skills with the students on Tuesday morning and then performed again with the top student combo that evening. The students and audiences were inspired by his artistry and teaching.
