Ceramics Students provide outreach at Festivals Acadiens et Créoles

The UL Lafayette Department of Visual Arts Ceramics Students engaged in community outreach during Festivals Acadiens et Créoles in October. The Ceramics students provided wheel throwing demonstrations for the patrons and assisted children at the "play with clay table". Our presence at the festival was sponsored by the Louisiana Crafts Guild, an organization interested in cultivating relationships with young artists and artisans.
